Devin Powell accused of killing Lyft driver Anthony Garland, then driving to family function: report

An Indianapolis person gunned down a Lyft driver prior to thieving his automobile to generate to a spouse and children perform in northern Indiana, in accordance to law enforcement and a report.

He confessed to dumping Garland’s system on the facet of the street, police reportedly documented.
