DUNKIRK — Two juveniles had been injured immediately after staying shot in a car or truck Sunday night in the town of Dunkirk.

According to the Dunkirk Police Office, the incident happened at about 8:30 p.m. as a vehicle was touring south on Route 60. Witnesses reported it was passed by a further car or truck, and occupants commenced shooting at the auto they had been passing.

Two juveniles sustained gunshot wounds.

The occupants sought protection and health care support at the Crimson Apple Kwik Fill in Fredonia. The juveniles had been transported to Brooks Memorial Hospital for their accidents.
