Mixed community feedback prompts New Bern Fire-Rescue improvement plan

The New Bern Fire-Rescue previously received business and community feedback on how the department could improve — now they're putting the plan into action with a focus on the community.

The New Bern Fire-Rescue previously acquired business enterprise and group responses on how the department could improve — now they are placing the system into motion with a focus on the community. 

“We keep on to request an alignment with our local community,” New Bern Fireplace-Rescue Chief Robert Boyd explained in a former report. “Our objective is to not just meet up with neighborhood anticipations but to exceed them. We get a great deal of pleasure in currently being responsive to the consumer and constantly do the job to deliver the ideal support we can.”

Community leaders expressed their favourable and relating to views about the hearth department in a feed-back session back again in November 2021, according to the department’s accreditation report. 

The report showed New Bern Hearth-Rescue could use the most advancement in fireplace investigation, fire avoidance, domestic preparedness and general public schooling.
