John-John Villafane, 53, was using in a blue sedan on I-4 eastbound when he was shot by anyone in one more blue car or truck among 6:45 p.m. and 7:25 p.m., deputies claimed.
The driver of the vehicle Villafane was riding in explained there was some type of altercation with the other automobile, and it escalated until they observed a person brandish a gun, according to the sheriff’s office environment incident report.
