Six people died and two had been critically injured when a dashing pick-up vehicle crashed into them on Saturday in Chitrakoot in Uttar Pradesh, law enforcement stated.
Chitrakoot Further Superintendent of Law enforcement Shailendra Rai explained the jeep carrying tomatoes ran above eight persons in Rauli Kalyanpur village about 6.30 am.
Naresh (35), Arvind (21), Ramswaroop (25), Chhakka (32) and Somdutt (25) died on the place, while Bhanupratap (32) succumbed to his injuries at the healthcare facility.
Bhagwandas (45) and Ramnarayan (50) are in significant issue, police said.
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath expressed condolence over the loss of lives in the incident, the condition government mentioned in a statement. The chief minister has announced Rs 2 Lakh as help to relatives of individuals who had been killed and Rs 50,000 to the injured. The Chief Minister’s place of work claimed, authorities have been requested to choose demanding motion from the driver of the choose-up vehicle.
