Officers responded all-around 9:35 a.m. to the 3600 block of Willowbend Boulevard in which they located the target within a auto that was parked in a going lane of targeted traffic, according to the Houston Law enforcement Division.
Murder detectives responded to the scene. No further details was right away available.
